Access Instructions & System Check
Please read the following access instructions and information on running a system check before beginning your video conference. If you are already familiar with these procedures, you may click the “Access” button below to begin.
When you click the “Access” button above, you will be taken to the login page for the Canyons Law Group Remote Conference Room. You will be asked to give your name, email address, and the password provided to you in your invitation email.
After entering the required information, you will see an “Enter” button. Before clicking the “Enter” button and beginning your remote video conference, you have the option of running a short system configuration test. Running the system configuration test is highly recommended.
The system configuration test will check your internet connection, operating system, and internet browser to make sure they meet minimum requirements. The system check also provides an opportunity to test your microphone and camera connections, and to grant any needed permissions.
To run the system configuration test, first click the “Access” button above on this page, then click or tap the “click here” link just below the “Enter” button on the next page. (Example photo screenshot is shown below.)
